Led by nationally ranked collegiate coach Dustin Wise, our staff brings specialized knowledge in coaching, sports science, and competitive athletics — delivering a results-driven, athlete-first experience.
From strength and speed to mindset and recovery, our team brings specialized knowledge and a hands-on approach to athletic performance training, working together to support long-term growth and success.

Nationally ranked collegiate head coach, coaching since 2008 across all levels of the soccer pyramid. Led Frederick Community College to back-to-back Top 20 national rankings — 18th in 2023, 12th in 2024.

Played in high school under Coach Wise, then earned First Team NJCAA Region XX D1 honors at Hagerstown Community College before graduating from NCAA D2 Shepherd University.

Retired Marine and tri-athlete. An excellent resource for our athletes as a nutritionist and program creator — also President of the State Line Youth Baseball League.

A local standout at Greencastle-Antrim High School before playing NCAA DII at Shippensburg University. Bachelor's in Elementary Education, Master's in Reading, former kindergarten teacher.
