Dustin Wise
Award-winning and nationally ranked collegiate Head Coach, Dustin Wise, has been coaching since 2008 and has been involved across all levels of the soccer pyramid from grassroots to professional.
Originally starting Teqniq Academy as ‘Wise Soccer Coach’ in 2018, Dustin took a break from personal training when he was named the Head Men’s Coach at Central Penn College in 2019.
Dustin’s collegiate head coaching career was filled with recognition and honors. In 2021, Dustin (re)started the Men’s program at Allegany College of Maryland. 2022 saw the same ACM program recognized as the nation’s greatest year-to-year goal differential improvement across all divisions of collegiate soccer. This success led to Dustin being offered and accepting the same position at Frederick Community College in the spring of 2023. While at FCC, Dustin led the Cougars to back-to-back seasons ranked in the top-20 nationally by United Soccer Coaches, an honor the program had not previously accomplished.
Dustin has also worked in the front office of a USL Franchise, coached and guided numerous club programs at various levels and ages, as well as coached and refereed high school soccer. As a player, Dustin played semi-professionally in Germany for Tus Landstuhl SV from 2011-2014 while also serving in the United States Air Force.
Christian Blazes
Coach Christian Blazes remarkably played in High School under Coach Wise at Heritage Academy, doing so as both a Goalkeeper and False 9. After graduating from Heritage, Christian excelled at Hagerstown Community College where he was named to the First Team of NJCAA Region XX D1 as a Goalkeeper. Transferring from HCC to NCAA D2 Shepherd University where he played until graduating with his Bachelors of Science.
On top of Coaching at Teqniq Academy, Coach Christian also coaches for Mercersburg Academy in nearby Mercersburg, PA where he is their Goalkeeper Coach.

Nick Clark
Director of Strength & Conditioning
Retired Marine and Tri-Athlete, Nick Clark has been around the globe as both a military member and athlete! Coach Nick is an excellent resource for our athletes as a nutritionist, program creator, and advocate to keep athletes on track with their goals and aspirations.
Outside of Teqniq, Coach Nick is also the President of the State Line Youth Baseball League where he has helped tremendously grow the program.
Michael Light
Coach Michael Light joins Teqniq Academy after a college career that saw him play under 4 different head coaches in 4 years at just 2 colleges. In his two seasons at Frederick Community College, Michael played his latter for Coach Wise as a CB/RWB before graduating with his Associates and transferring to Wilson College. While at Wilson College, he began as a defender before being moved to striker for the remainder of his two seasons with the Phoenix.
Michael brings the experience from playing at a high level, under different voices and styles, and also the pedigree as a state champion wrestler while at Urbana High in Maryland.
