Individualized Soccer Development

At Teqniq Academy, our Soccer Development Model is built around the individual player. We understand that every athlete develops at a different pace, with different strengths, needs, goals, and learning styles. That is why our training is designed to meet players where they are and help them progress with purpose.

Through small-group, class-based, and personalized training environments, we focus on the details that matter most for each athlete: technical ability, confidence, decision-making, movement quality, game understanding, and long-term athletic development.

Our goal is not to force every player into the same pathway. Instead, we provide a structured but flexible development model that helps each athlete build the tools, habits, and confidence needed to grow into their next level.

From beginners to advanced players, Teqniq Academy gives athletes a more personal approach to training so they can train smarter, play harder, and continue developing with intention.

Micro Academy Soccer Classes (U2-U5)

Our Micro Academy introduces young athletes to soccer through movement-based learning, coordination development, and confidence-building activities. Designed for ages U2 through U6, this early childhood soccer program in Greencastle focuses on balance, motor skills, listening habits, and foundational ball interaction in a positive and structured environment. This stage builds the athletic base and love for the game that supports long-term development.

Strength & Conditioning (All Ages)

Every Teqniq Academy member is offered strength & conditioning as part of their membership, however, we also offer separate strength & conditioning memberships tailored to all athletes of any sport or age group. Whether you’re an adult looking to hit a new PR, or a high school basketball player trying to improve your vertical, we are here to help you meet your goals.

Directly off Interstate 81, Exit 5, in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, we are your one-stop-shop for Athletic Performance and soccer training.

What We Offer:
Small group classes, maxed out at 8 athletes per class. These are designed for all ages.

1-on-1 sessions where you and your coach focus on individual goals and create a set plan to help you become the best at your craft.

Strength and conditioning instruction and classes for all ages to help you dominate your competition or crush your personal goals.

Our programs are built on over 30 years of coaching experience and research from top organizations like United Soccer Coaches, NSCA, NASM, and OTA. 

Before starting Teqniq Academy, Coach Wise guided Frederick Community College to a Top 20 National Ranking (18th in 2023, 12th in 2024) by United Soccer Coaches.

Our business model since day 1 has been a desire to truly develop the athlete and focus on the technical side, something we believed this area has neglected for far too long. This is why we offer a lot of 1 on 1 sessions, and cap our classes at 8 athletes. We want to ensure you are given the attention to detail you signed up for. This isn't a cookie cutter program where we expect every athlete to follow the same script and get the same results. That doesn't work. We tailor the program to your athlete's needs.
