Programs by Age/Ability

Providing real athletic growth in the Tri-State region.

High Performance Academy (U13+)

Our High Performance Academy is designed for serious athletes committed to elite competition and long-term growth. Players U13 and older train in a high-intensity environment that combines advanced tactical systems, position-specific technical work, soccer-specific strength and conditioning, and performance testing. This program prepares athletes for competitive travel soccer, high school impact, and potential collegiate and professional pathways while maintaining the development standards that define Teqniq Academy.

Development Academy (U9-U12)

The Development Academy is where technical skill and tactical intelligence accelerate. Players ages U9 through U12 receive advanced soccer training that integrates ball mastery, decision-making under pressure, positional understanding, and speed development. This phase bridges the gap between foundational training and competitive performance, preparing athletes in the Greencastle and tri-state area for higher levels of play.

Junior Academy (U6-U8)

The Junior Academy serves as the technical foundation stage of our youth soccer training system. Athletes ages U6 through U8 develop ball mastery, dribbling control, passing fundamentals, and spatial awareness through structured sessions led by professional coaches. Unlike recreational soccer programs, our Greencastle-based academy emphasizes repetition, technique correction, and early tactical awareness to build confident and technically sound players.

Micro Academy (U2-U5)

Our Micro Academy introduces young athletes to soccer through movement-based learning, coordination development, and confidence-building activities. Designed for ages U2 through U5, this early childhood soccer program in Greencastle focuses on balance, motor skills, listening habits, and foundational ball interaction in a positive and structured environment. This stage builds the athletic base and love for the game that supports long-term development.

Soccer & Athletic Performance Training in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Train Smarter, Play Harder!
  • We are excited to launch our "Micro Academy" this summer with Coach Sharon (Juarez) McKeon. This is something that has been heavily requested and we're excited to add this for our families and the community.

Here's a quick introduction from Coach Sharon

Hi! My name is Sharon McKeon, and I am so excited to be coaching toddler soccer classes at Teqniq Academy this summer!

I grew up playing soccer and spent four years on varsity at Greencastle-Antrim High School, followed by four years of Division II soccer at Shippensburg University. While at Shippensburg, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Reading. After graduating, I taught Kindergarten for several years — where I learned just how much little learners love to move, play, and have fun!

Even now, I still enjoy playing soccer through pick-up games and coed leagues, and I love sharing that excitement for the game with the next generation. I’m also a mom to a toddler who will be turning two this summer. Watching his growing love for soccer inspired me to create a class designed especially for little ones — where learning feels like play and every child is encouraged to try, explore, and celebrate small wins.

Our toddler soccer class will focus on basic soccer skills, movement, and coordination, while also building confidence and social skills. Each class will begin with circle time, where we’ll practice introducing ourselves, enjoy short stories, and sing songs before heading out onto the field for lots of smiles, giggles, and goal-kicking fun!

I can’t wait to share my love of soccer and teaching with your toddlers and help make their first soccer experience a happy one!

  • It's been awhile since we have done one of these introduction/meet the team posts so here we go...

Dustin Wise is our Executive Director and runs the behind the scenes work. He will assist the other coaches with the younger classes and can be booked for 1-on-1 sessions throughout the week and Saturday afternoons. Prior to starting Teqniq, Dustin spent 6 years as a collegiate Head Coach, most recently at Frederick Community College where he led the Cougars to a top 20 national ranking in the United Soccer Coaches polls in both 2024 and 2025.

Christian Blazes is our Director of Goalkeeping and runs the Tuesday and Friday evening soccer classes. You can schedule him for a 1-on-1 session, Saturday morning. Christian played collegiately at Shepherd University (NCAA D2) and Hagerstown Community College. He was also coached by Dustin at Heritage Academy during his junior year of High School.

Nick Clark is our Director of Strength and Conditioning. Any fitness class has Nick's blueprint on it and he has been instrumental in helping our athletes become more confident in themselves. Nick is a retired marine and if you ever need a good story to hear, he's ypur guy.

Michael Light and Kylei Egolf are our two newest soccer coaches joining us for 2026.

Michael is finishing up his Bachelor's at Wilson College having played for the Phoenix the last two seasons. Prior to Wilson, Dustin was Michael's Head Coach at Frederick CC for his sophomore season. Michael runs the Thursday evening classes and Sunday afternoon 1-on-1s.

Kylei is finishing up her Master's at Shippensburg University and is an elementary teacher for Tuscarora School District. She has coached local U8 rec soccer and now runs our Wednesday evening classes for 4th/5th girls and 2nd/3rd grade.
