Teqniq Academy began with a simple mission: provide high-quality, personalized soccer training during the summer months at a local park in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2018 by Coach Dustin Wise under the name Wise Soccer Coach, the company initially focused on individual and small group development. That early passion was briefly redirected in 2019 when Coach Wise became a collegiate Head Coach, shifting much of his focus toward the college game.
By 2024, Dustin began to reconnect with his roots in player and coach development—this time through a growing online catalog, mentorship programs, and guest coaching sessions aimed at equipping coaches and athletes nationwide.
Since its founding, Coach Wise has worked individually with over 300 athletes and coaches outside of his college duties, helping them secure more than $1.5 million in academic and athletic scholarships. But even more rewarding is the lasting impact seen in the diverse paths his former students have taken—including service at the White House, the U.S. Air Force, Army, local law enforcement, and roles as collegiate and youth soccer coaches.
In November 2024, the company officially rebranded as Teqniq Academy, LLC, retiring the Wise Soccer Coach name and marking a new era of expanded training and programming.
Where We Are Today
Teqniq Academy now operates out of our indoor training facility in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, located at 645 E Baltimore Street. We host daily classes for athletes of all levels and continue to offer high-impact 1-on-1 training.
With the addition of professional-grade fitness equipment and an experienced strength and conditioning coach, we’ve broadened our reach to serve not only soccer players, both field players and goalkeepers, but athletes across all sports. This expansion led to the creation of our development of Total Athletes.
We take the growth of our athletes seriously. Regardless of sport, we guarantee that our work is science backed and designed to provide the best training possible for your athlete to reach their potential. We don’t sugarcoat things. We expect a higher standard and we will hold your athlete to said expectation when they train with us.

Mission Statement
To successfully train and provide lifelong skills that can be implemented through the teachings of sport. Skills that can and will strengthen the mind and body while fulfilling social and emotional learning development.
Future Ambitions
We want to be the first name everyone thinks of when they think of athletic development in the tri-state area. Next step will be to outgrow our current facility and ideally build a new facility either in the Greencastle or Chambersburg area, or move across the state line into Washington County. We would also love to find a way to bring some form of professional sport to the tri-state area, providing a true pathway to pro route for our local youth to dream and strive for. At this time, we do not have any youth club ambitions of our own, but are more than willing to help all local clubs in the continuing support of their athletes!
