All of our classes include both strength and conditioning, as well as sport portions. Depending on your class bracket, most classes will also challenge your sport IQ, as well as give you a mental stimulation drill. We want to challenge you in every way that we can so that when you’re not at Teqniq, you are the best player and having others asking where you train outside of their regular practices. We believe in our ability to help you become the best version of yourself on and off the pitch/court/field and we want to show you the difference just one session can make!
