Executive Director
An award winning coach, Dustin Wise started Teqniq Academy in 2018 under the name of Wise Soccer Coach. The mission then was much the same as it is today, to educate coaches and players. Since 2018, Dustin has additionally gone on to successfully start a junior college program at Allegany College of Maryland followed by leading Frederick Community College with back-to-back seasons nationally ranked inside the top 20.
Autobiography
Whether you call it football or soccer, the past 30+ years of my life have spent somewhere around a grassy pitch with a ball at my feet. I’ve had the opportunity to visit and play in some amazing venues across Europe as well as coaching in some of the best locations in the United States.
After my enlistment in the Air Force ended in 2017, I began my educational journey and fell in love with learning. It was also at this time that I started my first company, Wise Soccer Coach which has now become Teqniq Academy.
In 2019 I was offered my first collegiate Head Coaching role. I took over at Central Penn College and began to build a program that I believe would have had an amazing 2020 campaign had the COVID pandemic not impacted and shut down our season. In 2021, I started the Allegany College of Maryland Men’s Soccer program from scratch and in 2022 we were the most improved collegiate program based on goal differential in the entire country. Following this season I was offered the reigns at Frederick Community College which I accepted and have since led the program into having back-to-back Top 20 Nationally Ranked seasons.
