Our Facility

Directly off Interstate 81, Exit 5, in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, we are your one-stop-shop for Athletic Performance, regardless of sport. Between our indoor turf facility and our multiple outdoor training spaces, you will never miss a session again!

We offer personal training and small group classes.  Sign up for a monthly membership or drop in for an individual class whenever your schedule fits!

Our programs are built on over 30 years of coaching experience and research from top organizations like NSCA, NASM, and OTA.  Coach Wise guided Frederick Community College to a Top 20 National Ranking (18th in 2023, 12th in 2024) by United Soccer Coaches.

After 3 Months:

Receive free training gear! Soccer players will receive a kit provided by Flite Sports (pictured). Fitness members receive workout attire of choice.

After 6 Months:

Soccer players will receive a free salt cleat bag!

Bundle for Sport Class Memberships

Everyone who signs up for the sport memberships is automatically given a fitness membership. We plan to add additional sports to our repertoire in the future!

  • 🚨 New Coach Alert 🚨 We're pleased to announce the addition of Coach Kylei Egolf to our team as she will officially begin running classes on Wednesday. A little about Coach Kylei: Coach Kylei Egolf joins Teqniq Academy in January 2026 as a soccer trainer, following her involvement with the academy’s inaugural summer camps in 2025. An elementary educator in the Tuscarora School District for the past four years, Kylei brings a strong educational foundation and structured approach to athlete development, while serving as a positive role model for young female athletes. Kylei’s playing and coaching background began at James Buchanan High School within the Tuscarora School District, where her playing career was unfortunately cut short due to a torn ACL. She has since remained active in the sport, coaching at the youth level with multiple seasons of experience leading U8 teams and programs.
