Our programs are built on over 30 years of coaching experience and research from top organizations like NSCA, NASM, and OTA.  Coach Wise guided Frederick Community College to a Top 20 National Ranking (18th in 2023, 12th in 2024) by United Soccer Coaches.

  • We are excited to announce a partnership with the newest member of Major Arena Soccer League 3, Cumberland Valley SC! A team based out of the local area and beginning their initial campaign this winter! We will be providing CVSC with fitness and nutrition guidance as well as performance mentorship and you will be able to find our branding on CVSC jersey this season! Their season begins November 23rd when they travel to Baltimore to play the Baltimore Kings. Their home opener at the Hagerstown Fieldhouse will be on December 6th, also against the Kings! Good luck gents!
